Products are made using natural plant oils and butters and may contain traces of nut oils/butters which may cause allergic reactions in people with nut allergies. Please read the ingredients carefully before use.

Please consult a doctor before using products containing essential oils if pregnant, breast feeding or on young children

If sensitivity occurs please discontinue use. All products are for topical use only.  Please read ingredients and directions before use and use only as directed. Use at your discretion and I take no responsibility for any adverse reactions.

Surprise Bath bombs contain small parts which may be a chocking hazard and are not suitable for young children.
Due to health and hygiene reasons products can not be returned due to change of mind.  If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or the items were damaged in transit, please contact me and we can come to a solution.
Cancellation of orders can only be processed before the products are shipped. 

How Can I Pay?
We currently accept all major credit cards & PayPal as forms of payment. We also offer laybuy and afterpay.

When & How Will My Order Ship?
Your order will ship via pass the parcel and a tracking number will be provided. Most orders ship within 3 business days from completed payment. Custom orders shipping times will be discussed and agreed upon during the customization process. Please note some products are made to order and have up to 5 days production time before shipping.

Where is pick up from?

Pick up is from Ocean Grove,  Dunedin

All orders must be paid within 3 days of purchase or order will be cancelled.

Can I Cancel An Order?
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it, as long as the order has not shipped. Please email to request a cancelation.

Do You Accept Returns?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us at to arrange for a return of product and or/exchange or refund. Goods must be shipped back for a refund to occur. Please provide details and photos of the damaged packaging and products. 

Once items are picked up by the courier we no longer have any control over how long transit times are. If you are worried an item has not been delivered or does not seem to have moved, you can either contact the courier company directly and query or contact me and I can make a query on your behalf.

Do You Make Custom Items?
Yes i do! Our soaps require a 6 week cure time, so be sure to plan ahead. For custom orders a cancellation fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund to cover costs of making the order specifically for you.
